Finding The Right Bar Stool

When you are purchasing commercial bar stools, it is a good idea to keep extra backup screws handy.  Over time, chairs will loosen up from regular wear and tear.  It is not practical to inspect the screws on a regular basis.  Unfortunately this means that you will only find out about loose screws after they have already fallen out of the bar stool.  The screws are what keep the physical rigidity of the commercial bar chair.  When you lose a single screw, you need to replace it right away.  Leaving the screw out will cause the chair to fail earlier as it will become extremely wobbly.

Keep in mind that the best way to do this is to visit your local hardware store and purchase some extra screws for your commercial bar stool.  Keep these in a small zip lock bag so that you do not lose them.  It may also be a good idea to mark the outer bag, so that you do not forget what the screws were intended for.  This is a good idea if there are multiple facility staff members in your restaurant or hotel.

Purchase commercial bar stools which are made from non-porous material as they will be much easier to physically clean.  Sticking with materials such as stainless steel are a good choice for your commercial bar stool.  Stainless steel chairs can be easily be wiped and cleaned off.  Fabric commercial bar stools may not be suitable in a restaurant environment.  Fabric will wear faster and can easily stain.  There are also options such as fabric guard; however they may have exclusion causes for high usage commercial environments.  It is important to read the fine print before you purchase your commercial bar stools.  Certain companies may not honor warranties for items used in a commercial environment.  Doing your homework in advance can save a lot of potential trouble when you are looking to purchase your commercial bar stools.
